ABC Friends SA/NT Vice President Daryl Regan and ABC Friends members attended the rally at Victoria square Adelaide which was the central location for NAIDOC week.
The importance of the rally was emphasised by the many thousands of people marching to Parliament House.
NAIDOC means a week of pride, survival and celebration for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders peoples. It is an annual opportunity to honour the world’s continuous living cultures and recognise the achievements of First Nations communities.
